For our world to thrive, we need great leaders. Great leaders seek to serve rather than be served. They seek to contribute to others and the world, rather than take what they can get. They seek to unite, rather than divide.

Today, I want to share with you our ASPIRE framework. We developed this to help students understand some simple messages around leadership that will help them to be better people, better leaders and help the world be a better place. It’s not just about what we do, it’s about how we do it, and the ASPIRE framework is a great place to start that resonates with young people.

In order to make the world a better place we need our young people to take action, serve, persist, influence, respect and encourage- we need them to ASPIRE.
