How is servant leadership different from regular leadership? How else is it different?
What are 9 of the key attributes of servant leadership that can be developed, that were mentioned in the clip? Record these in your workbook.

DISCUSS- Servant leadership is about leadership for others. It's about focussing on the positive impact we can make, rather than on what we get out of it for ourselves. It is about making a contribution, lifting other people and doing good. Often, this will come without recognition. Servant leaders use their strength for others. It is not about power and control. It is about influence and service. Imagine how improved our world could be if a new generation of leaders is able to rise up and lead others for the common good.

CONCLUDING REMARKS FOR TEACHERS TO SHARE...
Leadership is an often used, and much misunderstood word. It is not about the big things- wearing a badge, making a speech, being in a formal position. It is really about the way that our life influences those around us. There are people who are strong leaders who lead with little morality or humility. This doesn't make them a good leader. Great leaders understand that their leadership happens through example, actions and relationships. They are focussed on positive influence. They aim to A.S.P.I.R.E. as a leader and a team player. They understand that is a service and a responsibility. It is about other people, not about the leader. This module has covered different leadership strengths, leading through influence, everyday leadership, getting ideas into action and servant leadership. Each person creates their own ideas about leadership as they journey through life. This short module certainly does not have all of the answers for your lifelong journey of growing as a leader. However, hopefully some of the topics and ideas have resonated with you. Hopefully, through reflection and discussion you have developed as a leader and you've been able to take away a few lessons for the journey ahead. Hopefully, you will use your influence for good, for others, and ultimately to make the world a better place.
