RECORDING GOOGLE MEETS

a “how to” process

Ensure that any meeting that is recorded you first let all participants know this is occurring.
They will also be notified of this on their end.

Recording using the below process will record whoever is speaking at anytime as well as any screen that is being presented. Process to share Recording

Once the Google Meet recording has been processed and uploaded to your Google Drive you will receive an email. To share the Google Meet recording open the email and follow the below process:

Once you have selected “Copy link” you can then paste that in an email and share it that way.
