IMPACT
FOR STUDENT LEADERS
By Unleashing Personal Potential
HELPING YOUR STUDENT LEADERS TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN 2020
PART 1- IDEA TO ACTION
In this session, students will develop an action plan for their major leadership projects- using UPP's idea to action framework that has been honed over the last 10 years and used to great effect in hundreds of Australian schools.
PART 1 TEACHER RESOURCE
βWhile there are 100βs of things that make us busy as leaders, there are only a few that make a difference. There is no better time than now for leaders to be making a positive difference.β
PART 2- PITCH PERFECT
This session focusses on public speaking and starting with the "why?". Learning and practicing the 6 simple verbal and non-verbal tools for communicating our message in a way that connects with our audience and inspires action.
PART 3- CELEBRATING SUCCESS
Once your students have completed the POSITIVE IMPACT PROJECT, we would love for your students to let us know about it (via video presentation or written article).
This is an important opportunity for students to reflect on what they learned through the project, and consolidate their leadership development.
We'd also love to celebrate their success through our Positive Impact Challenge- where we will announce the schools and projects that had the greatest positive impact. We'll be announcing the Positive Impact winner for the school and project that had the greatest positive impact.
Invite your students to complete a short reflection. They may like to use some of the questions below as a guide. Submit the best video presentation or written article to us at admin@unleashingpersonalpotential.com.au
Entries close on Monday, August 31.
