POSITIVE IMPACT PROJECT - SESSION 3:
LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE
As it says in the title, Leadership Is Influence. In this session we will start to understand what leadership is really about… Influence. We will investigate how powerful influence is, and look into how we can use our influence in a positive way to have an impact on those around us.

ACTIONS TO TAKE:
Once you have watched the video it is time for each of you to write your own influence statement (image below). Turn to page 4 in your Positive Impact Project workbook. Take time to really think about what you could regularly do within your school community which would have a positive impact on others. This is not necessarily a huge thing, but more likely something small you could do on a daily, weekly, or fortnightly basis. Write what you could do, how that would positively impact others, and how that may cause a ripple effect of influence on those around you. Once you have finished writing your influence statement, share with someone in your group.
