About Unleashing Personal Potential (UPP)
UPP was established in 2015 by Founder and Director Luke McKenna. In 2021, the UPP team will positively impact 50,000+ students through exceptional workshops. We now serve schools throughout Australia through our amazing team of facilitators based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Due to our continued growth, we currently have a Senior position available, presenting a unique opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic and passionate team of facilitators, as we aim to serve the needs of schools throughout Australia.
Senior Facilitator- Brisbane (4 Days per week Position- Commencing Term 3, 2021):
This role will be based primarily in Brisbane. As an UPP Senior Facilitator, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional UPP workshops across. These incursions are typically with large groups of students (50-250) and range from short workshops (45 minutes) to full day incursions. Initially, you will work alongside a senior member of the UPP team, in order to develop your skills as an exceptional facilitator and person. See the position description attached below.

Skills, Attitudes and Experience you will have:
Experience working with large groups of students.
Be articulate, engaging and highly professional in delivering presentations.
Tertiary qualification in education or related field (desirable, but not essential).
Working With Children Check.
Experience in Teaching, Outdoor Education, Leadership Development, Personal Training, Youth Ministry, Sports Coaching, or a Pastoral / Wellbeing role in a School would be beneficial to your application.
