Process for adjusting thrive modules:

1. Discuss everything with Luke first!!

2. Make adjustments to the Module webpages on Squarespace.

3. Adjust the student handbooks on the Google Drive if needed.
   - Note: Making small text adjustments can be done on PDF Filler online. All Modules are already saved on there. Use the “Replace Text” button that is on the right of the screen when you are in the editing mode in a Module. The program will instruct you from there.
   - However, structural adjustments and lots of text adjustments cannot be made on PDF Filler. Therefore, you will need to make the adjustments to the PDF version of the original Module documents in the UPP Google Drive. After that, follow the next steps.

4. Any adjusted student handbooks will need to be updated as a fillable PDF using PDF Filler online program:
   - Upload the updated student handbook onto PDF Filler (see login details here).
   - Share this document with Redgine = On the PDF Filler dashboard, select the share icon on the Module. Redgine’s email = redgine04@gmail.com
   - Email instructions to Redgine as to which handbooks need to be updated using PDF Filler (FYI - the entire handbook will need to be completed).
   - Once Redgine has completed this - download the updated handbook from PDF Filler online account and save it with the original Module documents in the UPP Google Drive.
   - Next, upload the updated Module’s URL (from the UPP Google Drive) to the relevant links/buttons on the Module’s webpage on Squarespace.

5. Test that the new link works by accessing the Module via the Thrive All Access Page 2023. Send to Luke for a final check.
