Go through and fill out the below document to suit each individual induction:

Once the template is adjusted accordingly send to all team leaders that are participating:

• Director

• HOO

• LL / OL

• Coach

The recruit does not need to see this run sheet ahead of time.

We are very excited to welcome NAME OF RECRUIT to the team as a ROLE OF RECRUIT in NAME OF SITE. RECRUITS NAME joins us after share recruits experiences, past work, etc. He / She is really excited to put his / her skills acquired from this experience to work with UPP and to expand his / her impact on the students we work with. NAME OF COACH has taken the reins of Coach once more and will guide RECRUITS NAME through the journey of UPP Facilitation. We look forward to sharing in the journey of NAME OF RECRUIT growth as an UPP team member and the impact he / she will have on students.
